Norman J. Cooperman
Norman J. Cooperman P. E. has been elected to the board of directors of the Philharmonic of Southern New Jersey. Mr. Cooperman will serve in the role as technical production consultant and corporate development coordinator for the orchestra. Mr. Cooperman is also looking forward to the challenge of applying his technical expertise to upgrading the wireless audio system for those with hearing deficiencies.
Mr. Marsh has retired to the farm and is having fun tempting people to be new customers.
Alan M. Holzberg
Mr. Holzberg retired from ExxonMobil Chemical Company at the end of 2003. He is currently the Vice President of Outreach for Sight Into Sound. He also does mediations for the Dispute Resolution Corp. (DRC) and arbitrations for FINRA.
Mr. Weliky retired from Con Edison in 2008 after a 40-year career. His final title was CEO of Con Edison Energy and Con Edison Development- Competitive Subsidiaries of Con Edison of New York. He is currently a Non-Executive COB of Everpower Wind Holdings.
Robert A. Newlander
Mr. Newlander is still enjoying retirement in Georgetown, TX, where he is active in church activities, tennis, golf, and community gatherings. He also participates in the transportation of children to Shriners hospitals in Houston and Galveston; he is enjoying spending his life helping kids find a new life. Mr. Newlander and his wife Ruth are kept busy by his large family, which includes eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Steven M. Freedman
Mr. Freedman's first literary novel, Dinah Blu, was published by Publish America.
Patrick J. Byrne
Mr. Byrne is enjoying retirement with his wife Anne and eight young grandchildren. He is also Chairman of the Board of the Rockland Community Foundation, helping citizens in Rockland, NY on a non-profit basis.
Joseph M. Gilroy
Mr. Gilroy recently joined the staff of Gonzalez Companies in St. Louis, MO.
Earl W. Ross
Mr. Ross is now fully retired from GE Aircraft Engines as a Principal Metallurgist for superalloys. He has received nine US patents on turbine airfoil alloys. Mr. Ross is thankful for the late Professor Otto Henry, who brought in industry experts to teach metallurgical courses to undergraduates.
Mrs. Freedman published a book, Let’s Communicate: Communication Skills for the 21st Century, for students studying English as a second language. She also published a children’s book, The City Dog Meets the Country Dog.
Mr. Faulhaber is currently the Chief Architect for Lockheed Martin on the Antarctic Support Contract.
James K. Hanratty
Mr. Hanratty is employed with the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, assigned to the CAT/ DEL Ultraviolet Light Disinfection Facility in Valhalla, NY. His children Jessica and Matthew, students at Yorktown High School, are active in sports and community service. Jim and his fiancé Mary are looking forward to a wonderful future together with Jessica, Matthew, and Mary’s college-aged children, Nicholas and Christofer.
