Robert R. Williams

Upon graduation in 64 worked for the New York City Transit Authority for a year before changing to the New York State DPW. In 1968 accepted a commission as a second lieutenant in the US Public Health Service assigned to the Indian Health Service where I served at various locations throughout Arizona and South Dakota for seven years before accepting an assignment to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2 serving Section Chief for the Drinking Water Program .

After 30 years service in the US Public Health Service retired in 1996 at the rank of Captain. Since retiring have been working part time under an EPA contract providing technical assistance to the seven Federally recognized Indian Nations in New York state on drinking water and waste-water issues.
